Landing pages that close: the seven-block framework
Most landing pages are pretty and don't convert. This is the block-by-block structure we use to turn expensive clicks into customers.
You can buy all the traffic you want; if the landing page doesn't close, you're just renting attention. Here's the seven-block structure we reuse across industries.
1. The promise (above the fold)
One clear headline stating the outcome, a one-line subhead, and a single call to action. If a stranger can't tell what you offer in five seconds, rewrite it.
2. The proof strip
Logos, ratings, numbers — instant credibility before the visitor invests any reading effort.
3. The problem
Name the pain in the customer's own words. They should feel understood before you pitch anything.
4. The solution
How it works, in three simple steps. Concrete beats clever.
5. The evidence
Testimonials, case-study snippets, before/afters. Specific numbers outperform vague praise every time.
6. The objection handler
An FAQ that disarms the real reasons people don't buy: price, risk, effort, trust.
7. The close
Restate the promise, repeat the single CTA, and add a risk-reducer — guarantee, free trial, or easy cancellation.
Two rules hold it together: one page, one goal, and one primary CTA repeated. Every extra link is an exit. Remove the exits and watch conversion climb.
