From page 4 to three featured snippets: SEO for a lender
A fintech lender was invisible on the searches that mattered most. A focused technical-and-content sprint took them from page four to the top of the results — and 4×'d organic leads.
The situation
DanaCepat ranked nowhere for the high-intent queries their customers actually searched — terms like "pinjaman tanpa jaminan" and "syarat KTA". Organic traffic was negligible, and every lead came from paid channels at rising cost.
What we did
- Fixed the foundation. Crawl audit surfaced 2,100 thin or duplicate pages and a sitemap that was 40% noise. We pruned, consolidated, and fixed Core Web Vitals (LCP from 4.2s to 1.8s).
- Built topic clusters. A pillar page per loan product, supported by intent-mapped FAQ and comparison content targeting the questions real borrowers ask.
- Earned trust signals. Author bios, licensing disclosures, and structured data — non-negotiable for a "Your Money or Your Life" finance site.
- Won the snippets. Content was structured for featured-snippet capture: clear question headers, concise answers, and supporting tables.
The results
Organic leads grew 4× in six months, with three target queries holding featured snippets.
- Page-1 keywords: 9 → 87
- Organic sessions: +312%
- Organic share of total leads: 8% → 34%
